step 4: Sawdust briquette machine (making biomass briquettes )
After that, it enters the sawdust briquette machine through the screw feeder, and the wood chips are made into biomass sticks through high temperature and high pressure.
Step 5: Carbonization furnace (carbonizing briquettes)
Put the biomass wood sticks into the carbonization furnace, after a long period of high-temperature carbonization, these biomass wood sticks will become charcoal. If the customer’s output is large, the lifting of the carbonization furnace can be given priority. It is equipped with multiple carbonization inner tanks, and a new round of work can be started at the same time as the previous furnace is cooled to achieve continuous carbonization.
