Raymond mill precautions & maitainence

• Before the coal powder grinding machine is installed, the operator must have relevant technical training, and be familiar with the operating procedures. During the use of the Raymond mill, there should be a fixed person responsible for taking care of it.
• After the Raymond mill has been used for a period of time, it should be overhauled. At the same time, the wearing parts such as grinding rollers, grinding rings, and blades should be repaired and replaced.
• The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device should be carefully checked before and after use. Check to see if there is any looseness and whether the lubricating oil has been added enough.
• The use time of the grinding roller device exceeds 500 hours, and the grinding roller needs to be replaced. When replacing the grinding rollers, the rolling bearings must be cleaned. Meanwhile, the damaged parts should be replaced in time. The oiling tools can be used with manual oiling pumps and grease guns.
