Boosting Charcoal Production with a Biomass Carbonization Furnace for a Vietnamese Customer
In early 2025, our biomass carbonization furnace was successfully delivered to Vietnam to support a local customer in establishing a large-scale biomass charcoal production line.

The customer is a renewable energy entrepreneur based in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam, who has been engaged in the production of eco-friendly fuel and biomass recycling for several years. With abundant local resources of coconut shells, rice husks, and sawdust, he wanted to expand his business by converting these materials into commercial charcoal and biochar for domestic and export markets.

Before contacting us, the customer had been using a small batch-type charcoal furnace. However, it could not meet the increasing production demand due to its low efficiency, high fuel consumption, and labor intensity. After researching multiple suppliers, he found our continuous biomass carbonization furnace, which perfectly matched his requirements for automation, capacity, and environmental friendliness.
