We provided the customer with two sets of hoisting carbonization furnaces, designed to meet their specific needs:

  • High carbonization efficiency. The furnaces have a carbonization efficiency of over 95%, with the fixed carbon content of biochar surpassing 80%.
  • Energy cost reduction. By recycling pyrolysis gas, energy costs are cut by 30%.
  • High processing capacity. Each furnace has a single daily processing capacity of 20 tons, which is 40% more efficient than traditional equipment.
  • Automated control system. The furnaces are equipped with an automated control system that minimizes reliance on labor and reduces the failure rate by 15% compared to the industry average.
