A customer from Tajikistan saw our YouTube video and wanted a 炭块机 to make charcoal. Our account manager, Crystal, quickly contacted the customer and found out that his raw material was charcoal powder and he wanted to use our machine to make square charcoal briquettes.
The customer wanted to make large-size 炭 briquettes and Crystal explained to him the maximum size he could make and the popular sizes in the market. Finally, the customer decided to make a square charcoal block with a diameter of 12cm and a height of 8cm, with a hole in the middle.
