Project Background & Customer Demand

Argentina is rich in agricultural resources, generating large amounts of sawdust, corn stalks, sugarcane bagasse and wood scraps every year. Most of these biomass wastes were previously discarded or burned, causing environmental pollution and resource waste. Facing the growing local demand for clean alternative fuel, the client intended to build a small-scale biomass briquette production line.

After screening multiple suppliers, the customer chose our Biomass Fuel Making Machine for its stable performance, wide raw material adaptability and cost-effective output.

Equipment Configuration & Operation Effect

We configured the mature WD-WB50 model unit for this project, with a production capacity of 250-350kg per hour. Matched with supporting crushing and drying equipment, the machine strictly controls the raw material moisture at 8%-12%. Under 380°C high temperature and pressure, various biomass materials are extruded into high-density, crack-free hollow briquettes in hexagonal and quadrilateral shapes.

With simple operation and low maintenance costs, the machine runs stably for long hours. Finished briquettes can be directly sold as clean fuel or further carbonized into charcoal, widely used for heating, catering and industrial boilers.
