FAQ: common faults & solutions
Why is the output low?
It is usually caused by dull blades or improper blade adjustment. Please sharpen the blades or adjust the blade height.
What to do if materials are hard to feed?
Sharpen worn blades first. Adjust the gap between fixed knives to 1-2mm, and keep the blade sharpening angle below 37°.
Why do long strip shavings appear?
The gap between movable and fixed knives is too large. Adjust the gap to 1-2mm.
The machine is overloaded and overheats during operation. How to fix it?
Slow down the feeding speed. If the problem remains, check and sharpen the dull blades.
