كيف تعمل آلة الكريات الوقودية الحيوية؟

Inside the machine, a rotating screw pushes the material forward while compressing it under high temperature and high pressure, forming dense briquettes through the mold. The natural lignin in the biomass softens under heat and acts as a binder, allowing the briquettes to form without additional adhesives.

The final briquettes are usually cylindrical or hexagonal rods with a hollow center, which improves combustion efficiency and makes them easier to transport and store.
